WMB Directories

Contact Christopher if you would like a copy of the WMB Directory. 

The 2014 Provider Directories are here!  Please make your requests by e-mail or phone.  Include the clinic name and number of directories needed.  Also include delivery method.  I will be hand-delivering all this week and, yes, I can deliver "out in the county."  Mail is another option and I can also send electronic copies.  Members get as many copies as needed free.  Non-members must pay $20 per copy.  I will deliver 60 copies to PHMG Cordata.  PH providers in other locations will need to request.  FCN offices, please request individually.
