Annual Meeting Highlights including Election of New Secretary

At our recent annual meeting we elected a new secretary, Dee Wildermuth. The rest of the board will serve 1 more year before next elections.

Highlights: we are now 36 members strong. 

We have applied for Non-profit status.

Sara Wells, our ARNP united liason told of several legislative happenings including pharmacists being allowed to not fill prescriptions if they have moral objections.  The push for this year will be equal pay for equal work.  Some insurance companies are only reimbusing NP's at 85% of the MD rate.
