During the second week of November, National Nurse Practitioner Week is declared by AANP to recognize those medical professionals with the experience to help us maintain our health and guide us to the treatment we need. The American Association of Nurse Practitioners founded National Nurse Practioner Week in 2014 to celebrate these exceptional medical professionals and the terrific benefits they provide to their patients and health care.

Thank you for all that you do! MBNPA is looking forward to another year with your help and support. There are some exciting opportunities for education and collegial connectons on the horizon that are being planned for MBNPA.

We also should be as active as possible in knowing your legislators and contacting your local legislators to let them know what you do. Learn what health care issues they are working on. ARNP United, our state organization, also posts legislative updates as well.
