Mt Baker NP Association Update - July 2019

Hello Mt Baker NP Association Members!

We hope you've been having a wonderful summer so far. We have lots of exciting events coming up for the association and we hope you'll be able to join us! We are also looking for volunteers to help out on the Board as secretary, community engagement officer and legislative officer. Here are the details on our upcoming events: 

Project Homeless Connect on July 19th at Bellingham High School. Thank you to the amazing members that have volunteered to help with this event! This volunteer opportunity can be very rewarding to spend a day helping people with foot care, medical assessments, haircuts, vision screenings or just socializing with guests, to name a few. Mt Baker NP Assoc September Hike on Sunday, Sept 15th.  We will meet in the back of the Safeway parking lot on Sunset Ave, at 9am sharp to carpool from there if you like. The plan will be for a full day of hiking out of Artist Point with the option to share a meal/brew at Chair 9 Pizza at the end of the day.
