Position Description
Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant Family Practice for a job in Elma, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Family Practice

- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Staff
• Full-time primary care position focused on same day appointments
• Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least one year of practice experience
• 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts
• Call is 2-3 weeks/year, phone only and minimal
• EMR: Epic, and DAX copilot (Al scribe)
• See around 16-20 patients/day
• Practice alongside 20 PCPs
• Full and comprehensive benefits package
• Salary is within MGMA standards and commensurate upon skills set and experience plus production bonuses
• Centralized rural location (2 hours from Portland, OR and 90 minutes from Seattle, WA)
