- Develop an awareness of an option to long term anticoagulation
- Identify patients that would be appropriate candidates
- Be able to conduct a shared decision making discussion with patients to make a referral
- Understand timeline of pharmacotherapy post procedure to aid in support of patient compliance
- Review case studies for application of information and bring any cases you would like to discuss.
