Job Description:

At Care Medical Group, we specialize in Urgent care, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We are a well-established clinic locally owned and operated. We focus on providing excellent service and we are known for our amazing quality of care. Hours will vary. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00a-8:00p, and Saturday through Sunday 9:00a-4:00p. The position offered will typically work the evening and Saturday shift. All full-time employees are offered a full benefit package.

We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team and assist Dr. Wei in establishing a Family Medicine Practice. An experienced NP is preferred, but will consider a well-qualified new graduate. The NP will perform Family Medicine services following best practice guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

Perform patient consultations and follow-up office visits. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician Orders. Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs. Record physical findings and formulate plans and prognosis based on patient’s condition. Provide home-going instructions. Collaborate with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary. Prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures. Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment. Maintain medical records in EMR.
